Yoga & Breathwork
Yoga has been around for thousands of years, and everyone can benefit from its practice. I’m not your typical Yogi and if the Namaste approach is what you are looking for, I can point you in the right direction of a studio or teacher. My Asnas (poses) are designed to fit Specific Sport Focus, to maximize athletic performance, strength, and recovery in that sport being played. Also, to help those looking for more flexibility and a decrease in pain, who may not be athletically inclined.
Breathwork
With Yoga, the “Breath” is essential. Best practices in breathing is essential to maximizing your best potential in Mind, Body, Soul, and Balance.
