There is an epidemic of Sports Injuries these days. More common than ever before in youth sports. Is it diet, turf non grass services, Club seasons that run 9 months and possible school sports on top of that? Working on your game over the summer so now it’s a 12 month grind? There is no such thing as “bullet proofing” against injuries. I’m not a Dr, PT, nor AT but I do have access to hundreds of specific training programs that will help balance and strengthen the body, joints, limbs, while also helping flexibility that is often lost due to repetitive movements.
Injuries
There are no guarantees and injuries are a part of sports and often unavoidable, however my goal to help athletes get their bodies to a place where they can be performing at an optimal level and avoid the need for ReHab and stay on their field of play.
